Erin Nicole Thompson is a real and relatable author, speaker, and leader who invites women to pursue God in life, love, and leadership, one imperfect step at a time. After publishing a Biblical curriculum and teen resource on our identity in Christ entitled, “Daughters: Your Identity Rescued, Your Value Restored,” she has stepped into encouraging women at retreats, women’s events, workshops, and even a Sunday morning or two.

Her leadership experience has included several roles over years as the Executive Director of Weekend Experiences, Women’s Director, Worship Leader, and Children's Director at The Chapel Chicagoland, in addition to Student Director and Communications Director at Ascent Church.

A coffee-lovin’, mom-uberin’, loud-laughin’ lady, Erin is used to keeping up with the loves of her life and managing all their chaos. Erin and her husband, Dave, have four children and dwell in Evergreen, CO where he serves as Lead Pastor at Ascent Church.
